It became crystal clear to me one summer evening as I was walking home over the Brooklyn Bridge. I stopped a complete stranger halfway across the bridge and asked for help. I couldn’t take another step—I was dizzy, exhausted, and at my breaking point.
For weeks leading up to that moment, I had been juggling long work hours, over-planning, over-promising myself, not sleeping enough, and skipping meals on my busiest days. The frustration, dizziness, and daily headaches were all warning signs that something had to change. That night, with the kindest stranger offering me his arm, I realized something had to shift—I had to change.
This moment set me on a journey of transformation, where I learned how to overcome stress, overwhelm, and anxiety in a way that felt authentic and sustainable. And this moment brought me to you. Now, I’m here to share these insights, tools, and methods with you.

Yes, I have credentials. I am certified to practice. I am trained by other experts in the field and that is only part of the picture. You could call me a health coach, a life coach, a wellness advisor, a behavior change expert, friend, a partner, a sister, a daughter, your guide.
Yet more importantly than what I am is how I can support you in doing what you already want to do yet might not know how or where to begin.
Through extensive research, training, and hands-on experience, I have witnessed the detrimental effects of lives lived out of authenticity and alignment leading to cascade of negative physical, emotional, mental and spiritual outcomes such as chronic stress which leads to burnout, one of the strong player among others.
This realization has led me to develop an alignment-centric, mind-body approach to tailor-made wellness plans.

The Why Question Answered
Why I do what I do. Like so many of you, I have become frustrated with the direction modern “wellness” has taken. What I see as an essential part of our everyday lives has become coined as a lofty luxury, often exclusive and impenetrable or even hard to trust. There is a culture around wellness that very well may not be encouraging our wellbeing. I aim to change this.
Helping you sift through the noise and discover what wellness means to you, on your own terms and in your own way is my mission.
My hope is that we evolve to be more aware and equipped members of our own communities, and to the benefit of the world at large.
